American Choc cake maniac!

From top : Order hari khamis. 4 bottles of choc chip (ada lagi order tak sempat siapkan), 3 tat gulung, 9' american choc cake, 11' american choc cake.

tengah : 11' america choc cake decorated with fondant.
Sebenarnya aku gatal tangan decorate. Padahal customer mintak kek salut choc ganache dan tulis selamat hari raya.

bawah : kek saja bawak untuk jamuan hari raya opis.

I have another 100 macaron to bake. Semalam dah doa2 hari ni jangan la hujan. Kalau hujan musnahlah harapan.

Maaf ye dah lama tak update blog nih. Bulan puasa busy dgn kuih raya nak jenguk blog pon tak sempat.

So, ni adalah order masa puasa yang sempat nak dibuat. Order2 lain terpaksa ku tolak sebab kuih raya banyak nak kena buat. Alhamdulillah rezeki.


Ni orange butter cake with orange buttercream icing. From officemate untuk birthday anak perempuan dia. Mula2 nak print edible sendiri tapi kedai yang selalu print edible tu tak buat untuk bulan puasa. So beli siap sajork. Nasib baik konsep sama, hello kitty.



Ini order dari officemate juga untuk birthday sweet 16 anak dia.
10' red velvet with cream cheese frosting and buttercream deco.

Hectic week with cookies order. Below is gambar cheese button. It is mcm nak pengsan cari round cutter yang kecik kat bakery. Last2 aku guna belakang nozzle jah. It end up with beautiful round shape.
With new oven. 4 tray of cheese button.

Part of kuih raya order last week, ada banyak tapi tak sempat amek gambar dah kepenatan.
Almond London = RM21/50
Tat gulung = RM21/50
Cheese Button = RM22/50 (M), RM22/60(S)
Choc Chip = RM22 percontainer (contain more than 100)



Sweet macaron. Cream cheese and hazelnut filling. RM30 per box (24-28 pcs-depend on size)

Choc Moist cake with choc ganache and cream cheese topping. Order dr cik sha untuk Father's day.


Also 2 boxes choc chip and nuts cookies for Boss Mohd Rafi and rakan gossip Ba.
This cookies contain almond, hazelnut and walnut. Having a good review so far from anyone who ate it.
