Choc chip banana cake

Bosan2 semalam baking la kek pisang nih.

Resepi dah lama print. Aku lupa sumber dia. Tolonglah sape2 tuan punya resepi ngaku la yek. Tapi aku tambah choc chip. Kasik lagi sedap.

Resepi:

1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup butter
50 ml buttermilk

*110 all purpose flour
*1 tsb baking powder
*1/4 tsb baking soda

ingredient * mix and shifted together.

1/2 cup choc chip (use imported brand)


Beat sugar and egg together. Add in butter. Beat well. Add in banana and buttermilk. Mix well. Folding in all the dry into the mixture. Add in choc chip and mix well.

Bake at 180 c for 40 minute.

Macaron dan kek ala junior masterchef

Macaron kali ni version dah diperkemaskan. Sebab buat 'Terkecik' dalam 1 kotak tu ada lebih kurang 30 biji. Harga tetap sama RM35.
Sebab yang ni self pickup, so ada filling cream cheese and lemon curd.



Ni lepas bosan mengadap Macaron. Baking la kek donna hay inspired tuh.. Resepi gugle jah. Tapi aku guna resepi choc moist cake.

Konsepnya selagi kotak tu tak penuh selagi tu aku sumbat macaron. Ni ada 27 biji.

Flavour:
oren = salted caramel
kuning = peanut buttercream
Hijau = Buttercream
Biru = coklat
Light brown is hazelnut macaron with nutella filling.

Mother's day

Order dari Jiha untuk mother's day.

Decoration yang tepi2 bulat tu ialah macaron yang kaki pendek. Tahu? Dari aku buang ke tong sampah lebih baik simpan untuk decorate cake.

Lepas tu jadila kejadian dimana Nozzle ku hilang... Nak buaat macaron nozzle ilang. Cari2 tak jumpa. Pegi kedai bakery pon xde stok... Aissshhh....sedih!
