Red Velvet cup cake

Sorry, my camera phone dont do justice to the real color of this cake. It is actually dark red not dark brown.

I try to avoid using too much coloring though it is not so good to eat it a lot.

Cream cheese frosting.

I dont know why but I like this cake very much, more than choc moist cake.

RED VELVET cupcakes : A box of 16 = RM55

RED VELVET CAKES : 9' = RM70

p/s I use wilton coloring, and the topping is cream cheese.

Aan : pick up point area bangi, putrajaya, bukit jalil, Eh, puchong pon boleh.
Try guna coloring lain ada bitter aftertaste. So kena guna wilton jugak walaupon mahal kaedahnya..

Ilot, order hujung minggu ni can? Sebab kebetulan ada aqiqah kat Puchong, kalau dekat la..dia Taman Puchong Perdana. Umah uols kat mana?

Hari tu ada tanya org tu, kenapa bitter..dia cakap mmg red velvet supposed to be like that sebab tu topping cream cheese boleh? Dia cakap bitter sebab the vinegar.

boleh juga, sbb ada kawan pon order. Nanti email details ya.
Bitter sbb coloring bukan sbb cream cheese lah.. impossible cream cheese produced bitter after taste.

This is some tip for you. It is ok for you to use wilton colouring but why not try Americolor. I can get it for you if you want. You just use only a little to get the same colour compared to the amount of wilton you used. Once tried you will never turn back. By the way Americolor is no taste afterall.
